Synopsis:

Five years have passed since Godzilla and Kong’s last clash. The world has begun to rebuild, cautiously accepting the presence of Titans. Kong, now undisputed ruler of the Hollow Earth, has established a delicate ecosystem within its lush and vibrant environment. Monarch, ever vigilant, continues to monitor Titan activity, particularly within the Hollow Earth.

A series of strange seismic events plague the planet. Initially dismissed as aftershocks from Godzilla and Kong's battle, they grow increasingly violent and focused around specific locations – ancient ruins long buried and forgotten. Dr. Ilene Andrews and a seasoned team of Monarch operatives discover these ruins are connected to a forgotten civilization, the "Primal Empire," who once commanded legions of Titans and ruled both surface and Hollow Earth.

The Primal Empire’s downfall was shrouded in mystery, hinted at in cryptic murals within the ruins. These murals depict a catastrophic war – not between Titans, but between the Empire and a powerful, otherworldly force. Driven by an insatiable hunger for energy, the Empire attempted to harness a cosmic power source deep within the Hollow Earth, but unleashed something far more sinister. This entity, now stirring from its eons-long slumber due to the renewed activity within the Hollow Earth, is the true threat.
