Time zone glitching

When I go to https://www.novelgames.com/en/contactus/ , it shows my local time instead of the Hong Kong time.

When I post a message to a topic, it initially shows my local time, but it turns into the Hong Kong time after I refresh.

Another post glitching is that if the last post is translated by Microsoft, and I post, the original of the last post will appear in my new post as well until I refresh.

https://novelgames.com/contactus still has glitchy Hong Kong time, showing my local time instead.
