No games working

As of today, July 5, 2021, no games are working. When I hit "press to play" it just spins and spins. Games were working yesterday; no changes have been made to my system or browser. I was on Firefox. I cleared the cache, that didn't help. I tried Edge and Internet Explorer and had the same problem.

I am experiencing the same including on Chrome. I don't think I have been banned.

I have no I idea why I would be banned. I can still log in. Frank, I installed Chrome, for the first time ever. I have the same problem there.

@mdcolby , sorry for the error. This issue is related to ad blockers. We have fixed it. Please clear your browser cache and reload the game to try again. Please let me know if there are any problems.

The games were running great for me. Then all of a sudden, yesterday 06.01.2024 none of them are loading. I can press the play button but then it just spins and spins. Never loads. All day yesterday and again this morning. Nothing has changed on my end. Please assist in fixing this issue. Thank You!

The same thing is happening with me. I cleared the cache and am getting the same result as you. I love playing the Novel games but have not been able to do so since yesterday (Saturday, June 1, 2024). I tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers. All I get is the first ad but then it just spins and spins as you described.

I even tried playing Novel games on my other computer, where I don't play Novel games ... and got the same result. It seems to be a problem with the Novel Games from what I'm seeing.
