Multiplayer Games Lobby

When you go in the multiplayer lobby games of the one's I have and watch another persons game,when I'm signed in,theres no way to return back to the lobby,I have to close the game and then reopen it,and then have to sign back in again.
Could this please be fixed,Thanks!!!
