Is the speed of the game suppose to slow down as I continue to play? Also, I can't seem to get above level 11 or 12, any hints?

No it should not slow down. And I also cannot get above level 12..... ^_^

You still cannot get above level 12? With the mastery system you introduced, it takes level 15 to get fourth star and level 18 to get fifth star.
