I have played as a guest for a while on this site, and it seems that there are a few people who constantly flood the scoreboards, making it impossible for others to get on. Is it okay for them to do that?

(Original) I've not seen a rule against displaying hard-earned scores. I consider flooded boards an incentive to try harder, myself. :)
